1. No Refund Policy

Our courses are digital products that are made available to you immediately after payment. Because digital content cannot be returned once access is given, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, lack of time, or personal circumstances.

2. Replacement and Problem-Solving Support

If something goes wrong with your purchase, we will fix it. We provide support within 48 hours for issues such as:

• You paid but did not receive course access or login details.
• Course videos, files or lessons are not loading or are corrupted.
• You were given access to the wrong course.
• Login or account problems that prevent you from using your course.

Depending on the issue, we will restore your access, re-send your login details, replace the faulty content or enrol you in the correct course.

3. How to Request Support

Email contact@focus-overseas.com or call +91 7303318123 with:

• your full name and the email used for the purchase;
• the course name and payment date;
• your transaction or order ID;
• a short description of the problem, with a screenshot if possible.

Our team will respond and work to resolve your issue within 48 hours.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

• Payment failed but money was deducted: the amount is normally returned automatically to your original payment method by your bank or the payment gateway, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with your transaction details and we will help you trace it.
• Charged twice for the same course because of a technical error: contact us. After verification, we will have the extra charge reversed to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us first if you have any concern about a payment. We will work to resolve it quickly. Raising a dispute with your bank without contacting us may delay resolution, and access to the course may be suspended while the dispute is open.
